The essence of one woman. Pursued by one man!

When Ephraim, an evil doer cursed with immortality, bets he can win the love of a serving girl in 1399, it launches a romantic pursuit spanning the centuries through to Modern Times. The couple meets every 75 years as Ephraim schemes to capture the heart of his quarry who re-incarnates as a dizzying array of different women through the years.
